Exhibitors

GC11 already promises to be the most significant and perhaps largest gathering in our church’s recent history. Is your organization interested in sharing your message with this diverse and influential group? We want to showcase your ministry at this historic event.  Roberts Wesleyan College will be providing an exhibition hall to connect you with people to build lasting partnerships.  There are several levels of engagement you can choose from as an exhibitor.  Check out the vendor options below, then download the Exhibitor’s Packet to reserve your space.

Vendor Sponsorships

There are several options for maximizing your message — choose the level of sponsorship right for you.

Leadership Level $750 (Limit 6) *

  • 1 – Kiosks (non electric) or hallway space which includes 1 skirted table & chair
  • Ministry/name listed in program book – Business card size (2 x 4)
  • 1 conference registration

Director’s Level – $1,500 (Limit 4) *

  • 1 – 8 x 10 professionally installed draped display booth
  • 1 – 8 x 30 skirted table with 2 chairs, 1 exhibit sign and wastebasket
  • Ministry/name listed in program book – Business card size (2 x 4)
  • 1 – conference registration

Heritage Level – $2,000 (limit 7) *

  • 1 – 10 x 10 professionally installed draped display booth
  • 1 – 8 x 30 skirted table with 2 chairs, 1 exhibit sign and wastebasket
  • 1 – Power Point or video presentations (not to exceed :60) shown pre main session
  • 1 – 1/3 page ad in program book, camera ready
  • 1 – conference registration

Founder’s Level – $3,000 (limit 6) *

  • 1 – 10 x 10 professionally installed draped display booth
  • 1 – 8 x 30 skirted table with 2 chairs, 1 exhibit sign and wastebasket
  • 1 – Power Point or video presentations (not to exceed :60) shown pre main session
  • 1 – Daily rotation of banner ad to run on website
  • 1 – ½  page ad in program book, camera ready
  • 1 – conference registration

Sesquicentennial Level – $5,000 (limit 7) *

  • 1 – 10 x 10 professionally installed draped display booth
  • 1 – 8 x 30 skirted table with 2 chairs, 1 exhibit sign and wastebasket
  • 1 – Power Point or video presentations (not to exceed :60) shown pre main session
  • 1 – Daily rotation of banner ad to run on website
  • 1 – Full page ad in program book, camera ready
  • 1 – Rotation of banner ad on HTML e-mail newsletter to denominational list  beginning August 2010 (16 issues)
  • 2 – conference registrations

Web Sponsor – $150

  • 1 – 300 x 250 pixel advertising banner (to be designed and submitted by the purchaser) at www.GC11.org.
  • The ad will be in rotation until July 31, 2011.

* Every vendor except Web sponsors must also include at least one full-paid conference registration.
